Adeline Medeiros, LMSW
I am a licensed master social worker, anti-racist community organizer, and leadership development specialist with a passion for making social change work more effective. My strength lies in helping both individuals and organizations to move from an abstract vision to concrete action, creating positive impact that benefits us all in the process. I have extensive experience in coalition-building, leadership training, program development, facilitation, career coaching, and nonprofit consultation, honed over years of experience working with professionals at all levels of the social impact sector. I started ideaRISE to help others focus their passion into work that can make a difference for us all.
I've helped countless individuals find meaningful success in their professional lives, both through ideaRISE and my other professional roles, and I've presented my workshops for Columbia University, Yale University, John Jay College, AmeriCorps' national VISTA network, and more. In October 2016, I was selected for the NASW-NYC's Emerging Social Work Leader Award.
